Placed an order. Delivery was 7 days. Called after order sat in label creation 5 days and still not shipped. Called numerous times, was on hold 40 minutes, 20 minutes, another 32 minutes and still no answer so hung up. Sent several emails and no answer back. Finally got ahold of someone the day before my order was scheduled to arrive according to my confirmation email. She pushed the delivery date back to 5 more days with nothing more to say to me. This is the second time in 3 weeks this happened with this company. I wouldn't order from this company if you are in any kind of a hurry or need by a deadline.
