advertised price is deceiving. if you use your own font or more than one color it's way more expensive. Some customer svc reps are not knowledgeable or helpful; I dealt with 5 different ones. They fail to inform you of certain things like the price increase of more than one color and different font. I was informed that I would get the promo price as advertised for 84 cents per sign ordering 100 signs and that absolutely did not happen. Employees need to be properly trained and kept up to date on details so they don't mislead customers and give false information.
