The rates are always different and the site makes hard to even re-order. I really need to find another place for these signs. I just reordered, paid more for less, the price went up so I had to get reduced shipping but still paid more for a re-order. I bounced around awhile but its always the same thing when I order, offer a bigger discount 55% thinking I will save money, it's more. Can't get anyone from India on the phone either.
