Your editing system is horrible. Not user friendly at all. False advertisement on top banner, very disappointing. The ONLY reason I continued with the order is because we ordered from you once before and you corrected a coloring mistake that was made on the prior order. Shipping rates are not very good for a business of your caliber. I ship for my small company with UPS and get much better rates. You may want to look into renegotiating with your current rep.
