The gal that helped me, Shamaria (sp?), did not have the correct information on how the signs worked with the wires. She said because I ordered horizonal size (12x18), the corrugated would run horizonal and I needed to buy the metal frames!! I asked if I could talk to someone else and she said they would tell me the same thing. I even told her that I had ordered before and it wasn't horizonal, but it didn't matter to her and she wouldn't check with anyone else, which I suggested. I saved the cart and hung up. I called back and got a gentleman who assured me the corrugated portion ran vertical. She was very helpful in adjusting my design, but needs more training on the above.
