Couldn't get my design into cart finally had someone anwer me that it was an "issue" no ETA was told to start new design from scratch - that is very time consuoming. Called on phone put on hold forever. then transfereed to art dept put on hold forever. then finally got it to add. 2 hours later when it shoul dhave taken 5 minutes of my time.
