I have been ordering for the last 7 years. I couldn't log into my account. The system suggested due to the change your platform to request a password lost. No email was received. I then called. Before she could answer all my questions she disconnected the call. I had asked her, Please call back if we get disconnected. She didn't. When I called back, they said you were closed for the day. I decided to proceed with the order online, as a guest without logging into my account. There is no place to add comments about the order. Very disappointed with the customer service.
