Cross your fingers and hope your order arrives as I found out that once they have created a shipping label, product is no longer their responsibility. I have an "order has shipped" email with a tracking number that no movement has happened with the package in 5 days. Calling the customer service line got me arguing with a rep, then 37 minutes on hold with a supervisor telling me they cannot contact UPS for the status of the order.
