Complete pain in the neck, order was placed 3 weeks ago and the sign was 30x24 instead of 24x30 so instead of changing it simply over the phone, they had me re-order the product. Now i have 3 pending charges for $1,100 on my credit card. It was the same price, could have been simply changed on our phone call. Now i am 3 weeks behind on advertising. Time is money
