Ordered sign, paid for expedited shipping. Received wrong sign. When contacting customer support to correct this, they told me I’d receive another proof to approve. I did not. I contacted them again, and was advised they would rush a replacement and it would be received (1 week after I originally needed it and it was promised). I still have not received it. The tracking number appears to be invalid. Will never do business again. Will dispute the credit card charge since they can’t seem to get me my sign. Very disappointed.
