Wow, not in a good way ): We were never contacted to say our order was on hold and even our account showed that our order was on track. It wasn’t until they didn’t arrive and we called to find out we needed to adjust a size to go ahead. Too late for our event so we had to scramble to make something else work. I they could fix those communication issues and whatever caused the holdup then it might be more reliable. We won’t be back but we hope everything works out
