I’m very disappointed with this company. They put my order on hold without notifying me—no emails, no calls. I had to reach out to them, and only then did they verify some information and promise that I would receive my order by Friday. I informed my client based on this promise, but the order wasn’t delivered on time. Instead of Friday, I was told I’d receive it the following Tuesday. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.
