Your site used to be very easy to use. Sounds like you changed your design software two yrs ago…and it was a bad choice, because now it’s so difficult to design a sign. Very disappointed, it took me forever, and had to keep asking for help. Id have had these finished by last week if I didnt keep losing my work,or could find the font I had used before (you got rid of it!). I used your company, did 3 election campaigns before this order, and never had any kind of problems like this! Plus, the cost of shipping jumps from $80…for a week from today…to $334 in order to get it before this week is done. I tried Saturday to get help, no one available…same yesterday. Really frustrating.
