Issue: the signs were printed with errors and the correction never submitted to leave me scrambling to find signs the day before the event. I ordered the signs on-line and also spoke to the art department to ensure that the signs (very simple parking signs) were designed correctly. They confirmed the correct design yet the signs shipped were not as ordered. Directional arrows were backwards rendering the signs useless. I called to complain and was told the order would be corrected and expedited as my event was two days away. I heard nothing. I called the next day only to find out a review of the design error was never submitted to the art department and the signs could not be created in time. I was told the company would consider a refund but would not reimburse me for the cost to print replacement signs. A refund was ultimately issued, but nothing more to compensate for the error. Never again!!
