the first time I came on the site to get a price quote, it gave me a quote of $330. When I went back in it gave me a quote for the exact same thing for $390. By calling customer service, I got the price lowered to $375, but this felt like a bait and switch. I also didn't know how much the shipping charges would be until the very end. This meant I had to go back to my boss 3 times to get approval to order.
