Classic bait and switch. I ordered and confirmed the design last week. I paid rush shipping to be at my house by Nov 1. Teo days later, I received an email stating it would be here by the 5th. I told them I ordered it and needed it by the 1st. Instead of owning their promise, they just said I would be reimbursed if I canceled my order. They still had a great opportunity to be the hero and earn my business again by shipping it overnight. Nope...they chose to lie and process my payment back to me. Avoid this company. Awful management and not the way to conduct business. Bait and switch at its best.
