Your tax exempt system is horrible. Upload form, declined, sent a digital form to fill out, and issues on YOUR END filled the form out wrong. On the phone with customer service for almost an hour reuploading hand form, each time was told there was another error. Not sure why it couldn't have been checked over and found all areas of change the FIRST TIME. I spent way too much time of my work day getting this order completed. I paid for express shipping. Hopefully it will be here by the date promised.
