Trying to get to the design team to make a quick revision was like getting through the military gestapo. Shelly kept going and going not transferring me over to the design team when the day before I was transferred right over and helped immediately. I made 5 calls to the company due to the design office closing before I could get through, then calling early this morning because she told be it opened at 5am my time.. no not true, the customer service opened not the design team. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
