My cart was 3/4 emptied overnight! Very frustrating. Luckily I had saved my signs so I could recreate them. Still--it took another chunk of time I don't have. (And what happened to the option of sending someone a proof?) I've happily used Signs on the Cheap for years and the several orders I've done this spring have all been problematic. The design tool won't accept ,pdf files. You guys screwed "glitch in the system" one of my signs, I had to reorder it completely. It took days to figure out some resolution issue. Yesterday after waiting 20 min on the help line I thought all was sorted with Hazel when I got cut off and rerouted back to your music! I recalled and the guy I got was useless. In today's cart two identical size signs are priced differently! I don't know what has changed in your organization but I sure hope you all get yourselves sorted out soon. I don't want to find a new sign vendor!
