There was an issue with my previous order. There was no contact attempted. My order was withheld and I was not told. I had to call the main number from the website with a screenshotted order ID because I never received an order confirmation. I made me return the order and pay again - leaving me with little funds on hand haying 2x to fix an issue on your end.
