Not happy. I ordered what appeared to be a horizontal design on the editing screen, but when I called 24 hours later to clarify the size of the ground stake I ordered for the sign, I was told that the design submitted was vertical. When I resubmitted the correct design, the expedited shipping was now $30 more. The images on the website need to be more clear as to whether the sign is horizontal landscape or vertical portrait. The sizes listed, 24 X 36 or 36 X 24 are not helpful if the picture does not match the size.
