If only there were zero stars - that is how I would rate your art department and employee Dominic’s customer service. My experience was the worst ppexperience in all my years in business. The job was approved - and paid in full - the art department questioned my design - and when I didn’t recognize the number (no message was left) my order was canceled. The signage was to promote an event to be held tomorrow. I asked about overnight shipping I was told it would be over $900. My reply was “do you think that is a fair price for overnight shipping and would you pay that?” And he said “yeah - why not”. I the. asked to speak to a manager who apparently were all “in meetings”. My call, he said, would be returned by a manager in 24 hours. After my event is tomorrow. Your company put me in an extremely difficult position.
