I’ve had great luck in the past with Signs on the cheap, but something’s changed. They don’t seem to concern themselves with customer service and will not pick up the phone if something needs resolved anymore. Their email to confirm a new proof went to my junk folder and only when I realized it was 2 days past when I was supposed to receive the signs did I call and find out they weren’t even shipped yet. No offer to rush them, no apology for not picking up the phone NOTHING!! When I emailed in letting them know my disappointment all I got back was a notice of cancellation of the order. I didn’t even ask to cancel it. Find another company to do business with!!!!
