I just placed an order with Signs on the Cheap. The order process was simple enough. However, I added my order to my cart and it told me I would automatically get 45% off. I didn't end up checking out, and an hour later they sent an email saying they would give me "55% off all items in your cart". The email had my original subtotal, but when I clicked the link on the email to check out, I noticed the original total had changed (increased $8) from my original order (even though I had not changed my order). I called customer service and was told their sign prices fluctuate based on the discount they send you. So, be aware, they will say they are giving you a 55% discount, but they have also raised the price from what it was originally. The discount sounds good, and most people probably don't/won't pay attention to the original sign price. I was happy with my experience until I realized what they did on price. Trying to deceive customers like this is underhanded and dishonest in my opinion.
