Was not able to place the order on the phone after I sent the tax exempt form to avoid paying the tax . I called several times and waited and other times pushed 1 so that they would call me back when an associate was free. Never received a call back . If they did they didn't leave a message to know that they did. We didn't have time to keep waiting for a return call, so I had to place the order with the tax and will have it refunded.
