Your website doesn't always receive what's sent to it. I had to cancel and order and then re-order because when I ordered 2nd day shipping, it charged me for the slow boat to China. Since I live in Ohio, that was the wrong direction and the wrong shipping to boot.
Garrett at customer service was GREAT though.
