I am a regular customer because I work in property management. I required customer service on my last order and still don't have resolution after an entire week of emailing back and forth. One item was shorted in quantity. The other items were dropped before packaging because the package was fine. One corner of all five signs was bent. I simply would like a discounted price since I can still use them if I hammer them out. Not a big deal really - but they insist that I send them pictures - and I have already hammered them out and used them. Ughhhhh
