The design and ordering experience was sufficient but the shipping and follow-up not so much. Inquired about my order after receiving just the stakes, was again assured it would be delivered by the 4th. Well, it is now the 5th still no delivery, and from what I can tell it will be at least 2 more days!!!! Main reason for selecting your company was the shipping window. Very disappointed. Don't make promises you can't keep, and if you are going to miss the date (especially after RE-CONFIRMING it) then let someone know! I personally will take an lesser product with excellent service and delivery over the opposit.
