Design and ordering was great experience. HOWEVER, shipping is a problem. I placed an initial order for 14 signs (24x36) with beefy stakes on 4/18/20. 14 signs were shipped but only 24 stakes were delivered on 4/24/20 and there should have been 28 stakes. (2 each needed for sign). Spoke with customer service (Devin) on 4/24 who apologized and said next day air they would be shipped. Next day no invoice showing order was shipped. So I called again and spoke with Andrea (4/25/20) who said next day air could not be accomplished and I'd wait a week for the stakes. Fine, I waited a week. What happened? Only one pair of stakes sets arrived (5/5/20) and the invoice by email clearly showed quantity of 2 beefy stakes sets (2 each) were to be delivered. I find this disgraceful. Not sure what happened in their shipping and production department but clearly someone is unable to properly package the quantity ordered. The stakes should be the easiest part to package and ship. Clearly not. Called again and spoke with Mario on 5/5/20 who was as nice as the other representatives. However, next day needed to speak with Andrew (5/6/20) due to once again, no confirmation on shipping of these stakes--learned the stakes were once again NOT sent out-the quality team denied the claim--seriously??? same night spoke with Andrew (which is rep #5)to learn order was placed wrong as accessories cannot be shipped overnight--if I never called to check on this no one was letting me know! This has become absurd waiting for stakes. Now--as per Andrew another order is placed for ground shipping as I wait another 5-7 days to get them. Called again on 5/7 --spoke now with Roger. Roger said he would email updates. Follow up on 5/8--spoke with Chelsea as still no email showing confirmation of shipping was received. She proceeded to say that the order did not go in until yesterday after 4p.m. for shipping to go out today. As you can see previously, what happened to the other reps I have spoken to in days prior? WHY was this order for the remaining stakes that should have been received weeks ago delayed SO MANY TIMES? ALL reps have been great but the communication with getting the order to shipping is so poor. This entire process has been unbelievably frustrating. Complete incompetence on part of shipping plant!!! Poor communication! Too many phone calls later--they should have done right and overnighted the stakes from the initial order--but wait apparently that is not allowed! No one else sells beefy wire stakes either--not Home Depot or Lowes (they only sell H brackets and I have the 24x36 large sign that is not suited for an H bracket!) So that means waiting the mercy of Signs on the Cheap to eventually send out the beefy wire stakes. Despite the pandemic, they do have signs going out--why the delay in stakes for an order placed 4 weeks prior makes me lose credibility in the company. My final set of stakes FINALLY arrived on 5/13/20. The BEST rep I spoke with is Roger--he maintained contact through email and seemed to care the most that a customer went through so many weeks with so much frustration. Signs on the Cheap makes beautiful signs but just know you may not be able to place them outside if the amount of stakes needed are not included with your order.
