Disappointed so far by the service, there’s a disclaimer that emails are taking longer to respond to however that is how they communicate. After placing my order I received an email that it was on hold due to the image so I almost immediately uploaded a new one. Two days later I called to find out the status of my order only to find out the image hadn’t even been reviewed. Here we are about a week after my initial order and I haven’t received my product or a tracking number for it.
