This company has just given us the run around since placing the order. We received and email stating our order had shipped and would be delivered on 8/7/20. As promised it was delivered. When we opened it we realized that it was just the stands for the signs. I called and was told that the signs wouldn’t be shipped for an additional week. When I questioned the customer service rep she stated “at least you got something”. I then told her that I had placed the order based on the date of delivery promised in my order which was 8/7. I told her that if the product was not going to be delivered as promised I would do business with another company. She responded with “no worries, you’re free to do business where you choose”. I’m glad I’m not the owner of this company because the “no worries” attitude of orders being promised and not delivered is costing you business.
