Everything is great (seriously -- quality, and especially customer service) -- EXCEPT for the fact that if you let your cart idle for even a few minutes (sometimes, like today), your cart will EMPTY and you have to recreate it which -- if it is a large and painstaking order, is a painful and infuriating waste of time. What other site dumps your cart after brief periods of inactivity?! Utterly counter-productive to making a sale. please fix this, folks!
