Ordered over a week ago, needed quick turnaround, paid for ups delivery. Never heard back from them.
Sent an email asking if they knew when I would receive order. I got an email from them saying how responsible they were to their customers. All I needed was a where abouts and when abouts was my order. Still nothing as of yet.
