“The 1-800 support and graphics teams were excellent. They were friendly and went out of their way to help with the order. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about my experience with the in-office sales team, they were not very friendly or helpful. That said, the 1-800 team made up for it and ultimately saved the rating I’m giving. If you’re looking for a positive interaction, I recommend calling the 1-800 number.”

“Signworld's material prices were a bit higher than other competitors, BUT, Signworld's shipping cost was substantially lower ($0) coming from Ontario than Grimco's $135 shipping charge or ND Graphics $150 shipping charge to ship a single roll of 54inch banner material from Dartmouth NS to Saint John NB.”
