Not happy with their services at all. Sent the creative in on Thursday night, expecting to get the banners on Tuesday morning for pickup (I called first and this is what they recommended). I called on Monday afternoon to confirm and they said they sent an email on Friday with issues on the creative, which I checked and DID NOT receive. Uploaded the revised creative within the hour. They never responded, called again on Wednesday morning for an afternoon pick up and they said they never got it. They couldn't get it done in time for my event. I went to a local printer instead and they got it done with no problem and made it to my event with no issues. I will never go back to Signworld and highly recommend not using them for any of your needs.

Emails weren't replied to until I called repeatedly and was told they were "lost in the shuffle." Communication was unclear - was looking for printed banners, and once I paid for them, was told I had to make the banners to be printed. Unfortunately, that's why I was getting them professionally done - as I don't have the tools to make them myself. Not impressed with the whole interaction and won't be using again.

Since placing my order I got in touch with customer service to make sure al goes smoothly as I needed the flag for an event. I gave 1 month to ensure I get it in time. I’ve reached out several times with some initial response, and then no response. My event is this weekend and I don’t t have the flag or heard from anyone at Signworld. Very disappointed as I was counting on the flag to promote my business in front of 160 potential clients at a conference. You need to reevaluate what customer service means to you!

Ordered on the 13 th april now the 27th call asked where they were told me ups lost it and i would have to wait for them to do a claim. Really needed them for 28Th I had ND Graphic send me 4 units overnight

Ordered over a week ago, needed quick turnaround, paid for ups delivery. Never heard back from them. Sent an email asking if they knew when I would receive order. I got an email from them saying how responsible they were to their customers. All I needed was a where abouts and when abouts was my order. Still nothing as of yet. B

Incompetence on full display when it came to shipping. Paid extra for expedited shipping, they didn't ship on time, causing the entire homeshow display to be missing for thr start of the hokeshow. Called, arranged for new ship date to arrive day 2 of homeshow, allowed my product to be missed by the UPS pick up. Now without entire homeshow backdrop for the entire show.

Availability of customer service person is hit and miss, promises to send proofs the Monday before Christmas 2021 still have not been sent. Voicemail is full for customer service person in the middle of a business day.

Normal internet purchase scam, I was in Michael’s art store, there price for this easel 10$ more but it’s bigger size. When you baying on internet they can send you anything

I ordered a Handicap template that I found online, it showed the template to have removable sections and had the instructions on how to do it. When I received the template it was 2 pieces taped together with just the Handicap decal removed in the middle. It didn't have any removal parts so that it could be painted white and blue as shown online. Upon calling to inquire about this I was told they do not sell them with removal parts and that this is what they provide. I consider this false advertising and I am looking at returning this template.

This is the worst service I have ever seen. It's been nearly a month since they overcharged me by 4 times the original cost and I am still awaiting a refund. (They stated they shipped 4 items, when only 1 shipped). I have to put in a complaint through Visa because they constantly tell me the credit is on the way, but they don't do it. They are crooks. They're awful. Don't use them! Find it elsewhere.

Terrible in store service after being ignored for nearly half an hour to see a sample of a stand. Employees didn't even make eye contact or an attempt to explain the delays in service. Misquoted on the price twice. Was told there would be one fee when ordering multiples and would save money ordering 15 stands, did not get that price when ordering online. Had to pay a second time when doing the order because of an error in calculating shipping and had to deal with a very rude employee on the phone and via e-mail (named Queen). The stands themselves are very terrible and I regret the purchase, they fall apart and are embarrassing to set our displays on, it takes a lot of extra effort to make them presentable. Not worth the money or time. Very disappointing experience trying to support a local business.
