First time ordering with this company and my approval of artwork was overlooked. I had to reach out to the company to find out what was going on as this order as it is on a tight deadline. Thankfully, the rep is going to expedite my order; otherwise, it would have been cancelled. Ordering was easy but not the best way to start with a brand new customer.

Unfortunately they were out of stock for the items we needed. And the turn around time did not meet our timeline (1 month)

OUR EXPERIENCE AT THE STORE WAS GREAT. QUEEN, THE YOUNG LADY THAT SERVED US WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. wHAT I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT IS YOUR STAND....IT WAS SLIPPING AND SLIDING AND NOT HOLDING ON THE FLOOR IN ONE PLACE ON THE FLOOR; ADDITIONAL EVEN THE THE TOP RODS WERE NOT HOLDING SECURE THEY WERE MOVING INWARD ALL THE TIME AND WE HAD TO KEEP MOVING THEM APART TO KEEP OUR IMAGE AS STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE, BUT EVEN THIS DID NOT HELP AS OUR IMAGE FOLDING IN THE MIDDLE.. THERE WAS NOTHING TO ANCHOR OR SECURE ANY OF THE MOVING PARTS TO STOP FROM ALL OF THIS FROM HAPPENING.

It took over a dozen tries to get this order placed and I almost decided not or place the order. Product has not been received so I cannot comment on quality at this time.

The stand provided to me was cracked on one of the adjustable knobs. Unfortunately for me i only took the item out of the box the day before my event. One side cannot extend properly due to the crack so I had to keep the frame at a lower level.  This was my first time ordering from this company so I was going off of good reviews. The feet of the stand dont really stay secure when screwed in either. Besides this the stand did what it was supposed to.

Hello Rebecca! We apologize for the issues you have experienced with our sign. The corrugated sheet is made with a 4mm thickness and with a hole cut in the middle, the top of the sign will tend to sway. The pop-up came incredibly wrinkled and the wrinkles haven't come out. Disappointing.

Hello Kristen, we apologize for the issues that you have been experiencing with our backdrop. We unfortunately do not have any contact from you regarding your wrinkle issue however this matter can be fixed! By removing the fabric from the velcro on the frame, you can reapply the fabric which will apply tension to the print thus removing the wrinkles. Make sure that you are stretching the fabric while reapplying it onto the frame. I hope this information finds you well, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

I've sent a message to Robert, hopefully it gets through. One of the signs (no arrow) had the printing on one side upside down to the other side. As we were putting on a fence (though a wrought iron style) it wasn't so much of a problem. Also on 3 of the signs the black and red ink blurred a bit (packaged before ink dry ?). From 2-3 ft not too bad, but would prefer no blurring. Orma Bleeks
