Since placing my order I got in touch with customer service to make sure al goes smoothly as I needed the flag for an event. I gave 1 month to ensure I get it in time. I’ve reached out several times with some initial response, and then no response. My event is this weekend and I don’t t have the flag or heard from anyone at Signworld. Very disappointed as I was counting on the flag to promote my business in front of 160 potential clients at a conference. You need to reevaluate what customer service means to you!
