My interaction with staff, turnaround time, price, and the product printing were all truly excellent. I couldn't ask for better.
The only element that I found was slightly less than perfect is the fact that re-rolling the banners to store/carry in their canisters is a bit finicky; you have to be very careful to roll them straight, or the metal top of the banner won't sit properly in the canister (or worse, you'll damage the sides of the banners if you don't feed them straight in). But overall for the price and the service, this is worth the effort.
