I ordered a set of sheets for a Christmas gift. I paid extra for shipping to be sure I got them before Christmas.
The company assured me that they would be delivered by the 22nd. The delivery company said they would be delivered by end of day the 27th.
That deadline came and went - and still no product!!!
So, as of now I paid $206. For absolutely nothing except frustration.
I have asked for a full refund! They should pay me back plus 25% for the aggravation.
