Tried to exchange purchase for a larger size. Either customer service does not understand English or they are Crooks. The 60 day refund is not working well either. Since I could not work out an exchange. I tried to have them credit my money back and I would mail them the product back and reorder a larger size that is not working out well either. Customer service said I could pay them extra money, to a PayPal account and they would make an attempt. You cannot pay PayPal without an invoice or product number.
