Claim easy returns-tells me they don't take returns. Tells me to return the product to China costing more than the purchase-but mailed the product from Illinois. Asked for a prepaid mailer to return their product-told they don't accept underwear returns. Get the picture? This is a scam. They don't have a quality product so there is no reason to provide a refund. The best solution for a consumer is to avoid them at all costs.
