My family and I have loved Silipint products for a few years now. We always "fight" over the few cups that we have picked up in gift shops on trips. Imagine my surprise when I happen upon the slipint website and see that there is an 80% off sale!!! I literally wanted to buy EVERYTHING but I refrained lol! I check out my order and set my laptop down. when checking my emails a little later I noticed I had not received the 80% discount but only received 50%. I called in but no one answered, understandable seeing as it was new years day, no big deal. I came to this site just to do some research on customer service with Silipint and I cannot lie a few of the reviews had me a little worried. Next day gets here and I call in and a super sweet lady named Joy (I think) answered the phone. I explained what happened and without any hesitation she went above and beyond to make things right! I am so happy with my purchase but more than that I am ELATED with the quality of service I received! SILIPINT HAS A LIFETIME CUSTOMER IN ME!
