“I love Silipint but this misses the mark in 2 ways. I'm elderly, weak and have severe arthritis in my hands. To get the lid off I pretty much pinned it between my knees and used both hands and when it finally came off the bottle and the lid went flying. There is no way I'm going to fight with something like that and I can't imagine trying to refill it with their being liquid still in it. My second issue is the design of the lid. Silicone is prone to mold and you have to be meticulous about cleaning it. The way the lid is designed there is no way to adequately clean the spout because the is all one piece and there is a large square of silicone over the spout opening.”

“When we originally ordered all of our cups for the house we were very pleased. We ordered a few lids for the pint glasses. The lids available were the original lid that fits inside the pint glass. They were on sale for $.75. We used these lids so much, for to-go coffee, prepping smoothies for the freezer, etc., so we decided to buy some more. They no longer make those lids and the new ones are terrible. They leak slightly around the edge (I've never had a leak with the old ones), and the stopper/ little piece you pop in to close the drinking hole doesn't work at all. They also look super bulky on top of the cup. Between the lids not working correctly and the fact they are now $6.95 + tax + their shipping costs, we are super disappointed.”

“My family and I have loved Silipint products for a few years now. We always "fight" over the few cups that we have picked up in gift shops on trips. Imagine my surprise when I happen upon the slipint website and see that there is an 80% off sale!!! I literally wanted to buy EVERYTHING but I refrained lol! I check out my order and set my laptop down. when checking my emails a little later I noticed I had not received the 80% discount but only received 50%. I called in but no one answered, understandable seeing as it was new years day, no big deal. I came to this site just to do some research on customer service with Silipint and I cannot lie a few of the reviews had me a little worried. Next day gets here and I call in and a super sweet lady named Joy (I think) answered the phone. I explained what happened and without any hesitation she went above and beyond to make things right! I am so happy with my purchase but more than that I am ELATED with the quality of service I received! SILIPINT HAS A LIFETIME CUSTOMER IN ME!”

“I wouldn’t buy a mystery box again, $70 lesson learned. I bought 2 and it was 90% lids and straws literally just loose thrown in. In 1 box I got 17 straws and the other 11 (a few were tucked in cups so didn’t count those these were just the loose straws). I got a few cups in each all random no matching and a shot glass in each but was extremely underwhelmed. I only have food storage containers and bowls from them which I LOVE and was hoping for at least 1 “good” item per box fully expecting past season/sale items but I got a cup or 2 that am positive was some custom orders that were returned. I have 10+ lids for cups I don’t have since most of the cups I got came with a lid too. Don’t waste your money and just buy things you want with a discount code. Out of the boxes I will be keeping some straws, and a few cups but everything else will be given away to family or donated. Of course the products are good quality like all silipint but 100% not worth it. I wish I had only ordered one so it wasn’t such an expensive lesson. I guess if I had tons of cups from them already then a bunch of extra lids/straws would be nice but I don’t. This was 100% my mistake for ordering these mystery boxes and not their fault for just trying to get rid of stuff and still make money. I will still order stuff from them, I already placed a Black Friday sale order of more containers in aurora because they are so pretty even after these boxes.”

“I really enjoy my silipint collection. They are amazingly easy to clean, and easy to tell if cleaned. I don't own too many things much more durable than my tumblers and bowls. I also purchased a pint glass with a custom picture on it and I love it! I will be adding more custom pints to my collection, my daughters, my pets.”

“We love Silipint cups! I have bought Silipint cups for my whole family and just received an order for more that will be part of their Christmas presents. I ordered a Winter Icicle cup and received a plain light blue one. I called to let them know and the customer rep Joy was very quick to resolve and kind. She gave me credit for the one I did not receive and told me to keep the one that was sent instead. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend their products.”

“I am so disappointed in this company’s customer service. I have tried to reach out to the sales rep by the name of “Oz” and was great getting my logo done ( which I already had it file ready for him🤦🏼‍♀️ but, when I called back after seeing the proof to place the order he never answered the phone for 3 solid weeks. When I sent a text... he responds text me and still never answers. This is ridiculous! Called someone else named Mike from customer service and left a message and he nor Katie never returned my call from leaving those two 4 messages plus the million I have left OZ. Needless to say they have the LOGO proof ready and won’t take an order. NOT worth the headache. 🤷‍♀️👎🏻 Don’t waste your time and Energy with these people.”

“I love, love these tumblers. The first one I got was at a brewery in Charleston, SC. I use it everyday to take coffee to work and can microwave in it to warm it. I went back to Charleston to visit and bought another one at the same brewery, they enhanced the logo on it. I went on the website to buy a lid and bought another cup and two lids. Now I have three, all with tops. I use them everyday. Absolutely love them.”

“I ordered the 22oz. Bomber Hippie Hop glass with a frosted cap. The ordering was easy and my glass came within a week. Problem was it was a clear frosted glass and not the tie dyed that I ordered. Direct messaged the company and they made it right, shipping my Hippie Hop and giving me the frosted clear glass as an apology. Wow! Now that is customer service! Love the size and the way the glass feels. I definitely will order more. Thank you Silipint!”

“Alex D did an amazing job responding to our product concerns. Our issue was that we had a brand new lid, which split at the straw hole. After a quick email with a few photos, we received a "better" lid (XL) that is perfect. Our daughter is super happy with her new cup and lid. Thanks again Alex!”
