“We love Silipint cups! I have bought Silipint cups for my whole family and just received an order for more that will be part of their Christmas presents. I ordered a Winter Icicle cup and received a plain light blue one. I called to let them know and the customer rep Joy was very quick to resolve and kind. She gave me credit for the one I did not receive and told me to keep the one that was sent instead. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend their products.”

“I am so disappointed in this company’s customer service. I have tried to reach out to the sales rep by the name of “Oz” and was great getting my logo done ( which I already had it file ready for him🤦🏼‍♀️ but, when I called back after seeing the proof to place the order he never answered the phone for 3 solid weeks. When I sent a text... he responds text me and still never answers. This is ridiculous! Called someone else named Mike from customer service and left a message and he nor Katie never returned my call from leaving those two 4 messages plus the million I have left OZ. Needless to say they have the LOGO proof ready and won’t take an order. NOT worth the headache. 🤷‍♀️👎🏻 Don’t waste your time and Energy with these people.”

“I love, love these tumblers. The first one I got was at a brewery in Charleston, SC. I use it everyday to take coffee to work and can microwave in it to warm it. I went back to Charleston to visit and bought another one at the same brewery, they enhanced the logo on it. I went on the website to buy a lid and bought another cup and two lids. Now I have three, all with tops. I use them everyday. Absolutely love them.”

“I ordered the 22oz. Bomber Hippie Hop glass with a frosted cap. The ordering was easy and my glass came within a week. Problem was it was a clear frosted glass and not the tie dyed that I ordered. Direct messaged the company and they made it right, shipping my Hippie Hop and giving me the frosted clear glass as an apology. Wow! Now that is customer service! Love the size and the way the glass feels. I definitely will order more. Thank you Silipint!”

“I recently purchased cups of all sort and bowls. I really love the colors, the simplicity of being able to use them anywhere (microwave, freezer, dishwasher safe, etc). My kids love these cups and bowls. I gave this a four star review due to the shipping time. It took about 3 weeks for me to receive my order.”

“Alex D did an amazing job responding to our product concerns. Our issue was that we had a brand new lid, which split at the straw hole. After a quick email with a few photos, we received a "better" lid (XL) that is perfect. Our daughter is super happy with her new cup and lid. Thanks again Alex!”

“I made several purchases of Silipint products. I received a bowl with a 'dirty mark' embedded in the center. I also received 16 oz glass in what is their Hippy Hops line, ("supposedly" a multi-colored, swirly variegated pattern, but mine just looked like a smudgy mess that I was not happy with, so I called and asked the company if I could exchange those. I felt I received 'defects'. My phone call would not be resolved at that time, but rather, I was piped to the voicemail of the President/CEO and left a mssg. Well, first off, the the Co President(?) Alex would not return my call, but instead sent me an email, to which I fully outlined the problems, and asked for an exchange (on those unused items). He replies with all this defensive, righteous, narcissistic B.S basically treating me like I am fully ignorant and blind, and asking for photos, etc. I could tell I was just wasting my time and in the end it would just be an exercise in futility. Additionally, Right after my 1st purchase, I was asked to write review in exchange for a good percentage off a next order, which I did, then come to find out the coupon code (which I had to call in about because the one first issued didnt work!) the one verbally given to me as a replacement only worked for 'some' items, not for others that I wanted to purchase. I do NOT think this is a company that cares about full customer satisfaction (though they claim to be on their website), and my own customer experience was only met with disrespect and un-resolve! I think this co is shameful.”

“They got back to me and fulfilled the rest of my order. My only complaint is the order was not initially fulfilled properly and nobody would answer the phone - apparently they were moving their offices that day. But the phone message did not indicate that. So, I think the two reviews balance out. Like I said, great product.”

“My order was not properly fulfilled. The 'free' straws were not packed. I ordered two bowls and only received one. Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Too bad because I think the product is great. I was thinking this could be a great product for some friends ' store here in Colorado ski country. Just a total joke of an operation - in my opinion.”

“I bought a Silipint in Bend a few years ago when visiting family there and loved it. Then recently I was thinking about a unique going-away present for a colleague heading to OU for grad school and *ping* the idea of a Silipint popped into my head. Right there on the website I found it - on sale, even! Ordered and received in great time. Of course, since I was on the site nd ordering anyway I decided to get another Silipint for myself (not an OU one, just plain) and two lids as well. She LOVES her gift and is taking it with her on an 8 week South American trip before she starts school, replacing a metal cup she was going to travel with. Success!”
