“We love Silipint cups! I have bought Silipint cups for my whole family and just received an order for more that will be part of their Christmas presents. I ordered a Winter Icicle cup and received a plain light blue one. I called to let them know and the customer rep Joy was very quick to resolve and kind. She gave me credit for the one I did not receive and told me to keep the one that was sent instead. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend their products.”

“I love, love these tumblers. The first one I got was at a brewery in Charleston, SC. I use it everyday to take coffee to work and can microwave in it to warm it. I went back to Charleston to visit and bought another one at the same brewery, they enhanced the logo on it. I went on the website to buy a lid and bought another cup and two lids. Now I have three, all with tops. I use them everyday. Absolutely love them.”

“I ordered the 22oz. Bomber Hippie Hop glass with a frosted cap. The ordering was easy and my glass came within a week. Problem was it was a clear frosted glass and not the tie dyed that I ordered. Direct messaged the company and they made it right, shipping my Hippie Hop and giving me the frosted clear glass as an apology. Wow! Now that is customer service! Love the size and the way the glass feels. I definitely will order more. Thank you Silipint!”

“Alex D did an amazing job responding to our product concerns. Our issue was that we had a brand new lid, which split at the straw hole. After a quick email with a few photos, we received a "better" lid (XL) that is perfect. Our daughter is super happy with her new cup and lid. Thanks again Alex!”

“They got back to me and fulfilled the rest of my order. My only complaint is the order was not initially fulfilled properly and nobody would answer the phone - apparently they were moving their offices that day. But the phone message did not indicate that. So, I think the two reviews balance out. Like I said, great product.”

“After 10 years with my husband, I finally learn that he doesn't like to drink from a glass. He prefers a plastic cup. As a gag gift, I bought him a silipint while I was on vacation. He quickly remembered how our old neighbor had one that he used to try to steal from him. Needless to say, for Father's Day this year he got a bag FULL of silipints! It's the only cup he will use!”

“I bought a Silipint in Bend a few years ago when visiting family there and loved it. Then recently I was thinking about a unique going-away present for a colleague heading to OU for grad school and *ping* the idea of a Silipint popped into my head. Right there on the website I found it - on sale, even! Ordered and received in great time. Of course, since I was on the site nd ordering anyway I decided to get another Silipint for myself (not an OU one, just plain) and two lids as well. She LOVES her gift and is taking it with her on an 8 week South American trip before she starts school, replacing a metal cup she was going to travel with. Success!”

“I just received my 16oz SiliPint glow in the dark cup and I love it. I took it to my son's baseball game and the other mothers were fascinated (and a bit jealous) by my cup. I dropped the cup, it bounced on the bleacher, and somehow I caught it on the up-bounce. (I probably couldn't do that again if I tried.) The other moms took notice and started commenting on how cool the cup was. We even discussed personalizing the cups and selling them as a fundraiser. Thanks for a great product SiliPint!”
