My order was not properly fulfilled. The 'free' straws were not packed. I ordered two bowls and only received one.
Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Too bad because I think the product is great. I was thinking this could be a great product for some friends ' store here in Colorado ski country. Just a total joke of an operation - in my opinion.
