Alex D did an amazing job responding to our product concerns. Our issue was that we had a brand new lid, which split at the straw hole. After a quick email with a few photos, we received a "better" lid (XL) that is perfect. Our daughter is super happy with her new cup and lid. Thanks again Alex!
