I am a return customer - hence 2 stars vs the 1 I would give due to the lack of info and response.
1st order was FAST in 2016 and I am pleased with the products.
2nd order - was a whim order once I seen the Eclipse set, but as I write this I am still waiting for them (3weeks now since order). Once I submitted my concern via the "contact us" function and I did get a shipping notice and tracking number; but no email or any human response to the delay or what they plan to do... HOWEVER they have yet to take possession of the package... so I guess I will see if this really does ship or not. The one good thing is this was a paypal purchase and can get my refund for no-show of products.
very sad that a company has decided to become too big and not follow the original hometown and personal connection they had.
