The bracelet itself is beautiful. I don't find it too large or too heavy at all, and it appears to be very good quality. I had an opportunity to interact with customer service several times prior to my purchase, and they were quick and very helpful to me. Shipping was free and FAST, my package was shipped out monday and got to me on thursday. I can't think of anything that wasn't simple and easy about my experience. I would happily shop here again.
