Awful customer service. Bought a refurbished Delux king size matress from Simba and paid over £800. Whilst it came with 12 month guarantee I notice deterioration shortly after 12 month guarantee expired. The bed sinks in the middle.
It is fair to assume the deterioration started within the 12 month period.
Simba customer service could not be less interested.
Very disappointed and having to buy a new mattress already. Do not buy Simba!
